French Friday!

James 2:16-19
16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
18 But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. 19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.

Can't understand? No problem.. this is what I said..
(except for the last few minutes.)

Last week I was having some quiet time reading my Bible. I wasn't using a reading plan so I was flipping through my Bible and I stopped in James. I read the faith and at ions but then decided to read all 5 chapters.

Now I will not read it all but I will read a little of what impressed me.

James 2:16-19

Without actions with faith it is useless.
Without faith but with actions it is absurd.
You must have the actions and faith. It is not one or the other.
We must humble ourselves and without selfish ambition. It is very very important without selfish ambition because we love the Lord and our desire to obey him and to do his will.

Understand? Yes? No?

I didn't translate the last 5 minutes because I was very slow and it means a lot to me so I don't think I needed to write it out.

These videos are new to me and I am a bit nervous! Let me know what you think dans section de commentaire en bas!
