What Are You Thankful For?! Gas Card Giveaway!

**This post may contain sponsor, affiliate, and/or referral links. I have been given a $25 Gas Card in exchange for this post. However, the opinions in this post are my own. For more information please read my full disclosure statement here. **

With the holidays fast approaching things are going to start getting hectic!
You know what I am talking about, the running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to buy all of the gifts, mail the Christmas cards, plan and make all of the abundant food for both Thanksgiving and Christmas - it can get beyond overwhelming!

Every year I always feel like I am in and out of my car, driving more than I usually do all year just to make sure that I have everything I need to make the holiday season worth remembering.

I will be the first to tell you that I LOVE the Thanksgiving to Christmas season, just the spirit in the air and the Hallmark Channel movies on the TV give me such a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.
But one of the things I can't stand during the holidays is spending so much money on gas because I am trying to get everything I need, and with my mommy brain I have a tendency to go to the store, shop and then on my way home remember a few things I forgot to pick up!

And when you live 15-20 minutes away from the mall forgetting something can get pretty pricy on the gas tank.

I know I am not the only one who does this, so Faith In Every Day has partnered with Sunoco to giveaway to one of our loyal readers a $25 dollar gas card because Sunoco knows just how busy this season is for us!

With gas prices as expensive as they are this gas card would definitely come in handy!
And they make great gifts too!

Its the one item that you know everyone of your family and friends would be able to use, as well as want!

Not only can you get Sunoco Gas Cards for stocking stuffers or gifts at your local Sunoco APlus You can buy an array of gift cards - one of which is iTunes gift cards which are 10% off this holiday season!

  1. I absolutely love watching the Hallmark Channel Christmas movies, and I'm Jewish, but they are very warm and fuzzy. I tend to go with the flow with all holidays, just don't want to get too stressed and enjoy the moment. I am beyond thankful for my entire family, but this year, my husband in particular. He's my world and greatest supporter, I love him more than words can express!!

  4. I try to slow it down during the holidays. Simplify shopping and have it done by Thanksgiving. Plus I like to enjoy the moments of being at home with my family. Baking, watching movies, and playing games.

  5. I tend to just go with the flow otherwise I'll just stress myself out. With two kids and several Christmas' to get to, I know everything won't go as planned.
I love reading Christmas stories to my babies and sharing the true meaning of Christmas with them.

  7. I'm a professional event planner, so I don't get stressed out by the holidays (it's like another event!!) but I do start prepping way in advance. My husband and I are hosting a Christmas brunch the weekend before Christmas for our friends and neighbors and I'm already planning out the menu!

    1. Wow! Thats sounds like such a fun job! I haven't been able to plan many events other than my sons birthdays but hopefully I will be able to host parties when we get our own house! (Though I am sure they wouldn't be up to the caliber of an event planner!)

  13. I am thankful for God's faithfulness in my life and the life of my family. We are intentional about keeping Christ in Christmas and follow an advent devotional. That helps us prepare room for Him in our hearts. We love doing a thanksgiving tree where each day we write what we are thankful for and paste it or hang it to a branch.

  14. I know it shouldn't be all about money, but I'm grateful that my husband is able to moonlight this year. He's a medical resident and it's nice to finally have a little bit of extra money to spend on the kids for the holidays. I'm usually a planner and like to have everything laid out, but things don't always go according to plan (especially with my husband's schedule). Thanks for a great giveaway!

  15. I love this time of year I love snuggling on the couch in my big flannel pjs near the fireplace watching the Hallmark Channel and eating lots of not so healthy food using the excuse that I'll eat better come the New Year! I am grateful for many things first of all that my husband is alive and doing well and second that my oldest children will be visiting for the holidays and third that my little boy is such a loving little boy ! But, most of all I am thankful to be blessed with my health , my family and friends!

  17. We try to be careful about not planning too many events or parties so we aren't overwhelmed. We decide up front how much we will spend on gifts. We try to plan down-time as a family to relax and enjoy the season. Favorite thing about Thanksgiving is connecting with family. Favorite thing about Christmas is celebrating the birth of our savior, Jesus!
