What I Wore Wednesday: Pumpkin Patch!

Plaid Shirt: Bass Pro Shop
Skirt: Marshalls
Black Skinny Belt
Shoes: Aldo Black Suade Flats

We went to our first pumpkin patch last week! It was SO fun!
We met up with my grandma for an amazing breakfast then headed over to the local pumpkin patch for a day of memories :)

We walked through a corn maze :)  And little man got to run and chase grandma through his own mini corn maze! They had such a great variety of things to do for all ages!

We got to walk through the pumpkin patch and pick our own gourds or pumpkin! Thats where we found little guys baby pumpkin.

It was so wonderful because we got to run around in the sunshine and enjoy each others company..after we went home and napped until 6 pm, we were all worn out!

We were so happy that my mom was able to join us! My little sure loves his grandma! I don't know if you can see but I have the shirt pinched off at the waist with a skinny black belt to create shape!

(Getting my camera out to take pictures of my active guy)

With living in a new place for this fall I wasn't too sure what the weather was, I definitely was slightly over dressed. It was such a beautiful and warm day that I should have worn a short sleeve shirt but I definitely love the outfit I wore!

There was this corn pit that looked fun but little guy didn't want to have anything to do with! He picked up his feet anytime we tried to put him in it! It was the same with carving a pumpkin, he wanted nothing to do with the seeding of the pumpkin. Freaked out for sure!

After our wonderful pumpkin patch adventure my mom and I split off by ourselves and went to Hancock Fabrics to pick up this beauty! I am excited to tell you that I will be making a long denim skirt for winter! I am SO excited about it! I have a lot of flowy skirts and not a lot of thicker ones for winter so I can't wait to make this skirt!

Your Turn: What is your favorite fall outfit or activity?

  1. My favorite fall outfit is a baggy dress, leggings and a sweater! The temperature determines whether I choose flats or boots and if I throw a scarf on top or not!

I absolutely love going to pumpkin patches and cider mills, too. It's always so cute to watch little kids tear around, in and out of different activities. Our dog loves these places, too! Rarely do we go without our pretty lab on her leash. :)

    God bless!

  3. That sounds so fun Blair! I haven't been to a cider mill yet! I will have to check that out!

I love all of these fall festivities because it wears my little guy out so he sleeps great the night after!
